The University Library of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is pleased to host this online version of the exhibition, "A Portion of the People: Three Hundred Years of Southern Jewish Life," originally mounted in 2002 by McKissick Museum at the University of South Carolina, in partnership with the College of Charleston and the Jewish Historical Society of South Carolina. The exhibit was curated by Dr. Dale Rosengarten, with associate curators Barbara Karesh Stender and Judith Weil Shanks.
